• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or algorithms

All content, features, and functionality of ubelong.to (including but not limited to software, AI models, design, text, and graphics) are owned by 153 Comeback Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (assessment reports, notes, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, process, and display that content solely to provide our services to you. We will not use your child's data to train AI models for other users without your explicit consent.

9. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• Our right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused services

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Phoenix, Arizona.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
